RECIPE FOR JALAPENO PEPPERS

Punch hole in peppers. Cook carrots for 2 minutes add onions. Cook for 1 minute add peppers. Cook for 1 minute. DRAIN Put in pint jars pour in boiling white vinegar.

Add teaspoon of olive oil to each jar. (Don’t get oil on rim of jar)

Put on hot lids.

Jars will seal when cool.

I remember Leo bringing this recipe home. He was so happy that he had gotten this recipe for hot peppers. I can't remember what made this one so special to him. All I know was he was just bouncing with joy over it.
