Curran Pesto
ingredients
- 1/2 c. pine nuts
- 2 c. fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 c. fresh parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. softened butter
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- Ground pepper
directions

Mash together pine nuts, basil and garlic. Add cheese and butter. Blend. Dribble in olive oil until you have a paste. Add pepper.

If freezing, put in a jar and cover with a layer of olive oil. You can remove by spoonfuls.
