Punch
ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 bananas
- 1 8 oz can of sliced peaches (do not drain)
- 1 12 oz can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1 6 oz can lemonade, thawed
- 1 46 oz can pineapple juice
- 3 (750 ml) champagne (chilled)

In the boiling water add sugar and stir until it dissolves. Then set aside to cool.

In the blender combine bananas, peaches until smooth. Then add the sugar, orage, lemonade and pineapple juice.

Freeze overnight or longer

When ready to serve, remove mixture to thaw slightly (about an hour or so before serving)

Put into a punch bowl, break into chunks, then add champagne and serve.
