Mother's fast and Tasty Enchiladas
Cooking with Love: Mother’s Fast and Tasty Enchilada’s
ingredients
- 1 Can of Green Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
- 1 Pack of Flour Tortilla’s
- 1 Bag of Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1 Pound Hamburger meat
- 1 Fresh Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Small Can of Black Olives (Chopped)
directions

While cooking the hamburger meat, add onion and salt and pepper.

Drain grease when cooked.

Combine 1/2 a cup of water and taco seasoning to cooked meat.

Cook all together till most of the water is evaporated.

Warm up all the Tortilla’s and put to the side.

Pour some of the sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. (Repeat when needed)

(No need to warm the sauce, just pour straight from the can)

Put a Tortilla in the sauce and then flip over to fill. (Some sauce should be in Tortilla)

Put a scoop of meat, cheese, diced green chilies, and olives.

Then roll.

Add remaining sauce from the can on top of rolled filled tray of enchiladas.

Cover all the enchiladas with remaining Cheese and Green chilies

Preheat oven 375*

Bake for 25 Mins or until thoroughly heated.

Serve with sour cream.
