Funky Chicken Sandwiches
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, cubed or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 small onion, chopped (or 1/2 t. onion powder)
- salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 1 loaf bread dough

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until thickens slightly.

Roll bread dough into a rectangle. Put chicken mixture down middle 1/3 of bread dough. Cut slits along outside edges and braid down the middle, tucking ends in well.

Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes.
