Quick and tasty artichoke dip. Delicious when served with baked pita chips, french bread, or toasted bread points.

ingredients

  • 1 jar artichoke hearts in water (drained)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup Parmesan and Romano blend cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes(optional)

directions

Drain water and chop artichokes into medium pieces. Mix artichokes, mayo, garlic, parmesan and 1/2 cup mozzarella in a large mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour mixture into a small round glass baking dish and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and red pepper flakes, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and browned.
