Turkish Delight and Chocolate Fridge Cake
Stir chocolate and cream over low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, stir in the Cointreau and set aside 5 mins to cool.
Combine the biscuit, Turkish delight, pistachios and craisins in a large bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
Spoon mixture into a 20cm springform pan lined with non-stick baking paper, pressing firmly to fit. Fridge 6 hours or until firm.
Dust cake with icing sugar, cut into slices and serve with cream.
