Strawberry Chantilly
ingredients
- 1 quart Strawberries
- 3 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Rum
- 8 tablespoon Whipped Cream
- 2 Egg White
- 4 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
directions
Wash, stem and cut strawberries in half. Cover with powdered sugar and rum. Chill for 30 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff, beat in 4T powdered sugar gradually. Fold in chilled berries. Serve immediately in sherbet glasses, plain or topped with sweetened whipped cream.
