Peanut Butter Cups
I first made this for the annual candy sale for the Lisbon Jaycettes and it has been a family Christmas favorite ever since
ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 pounds chocolate almond bark
- Additional creamy peanut butter
directions

Blend first four ingredients until smooth. Roll into small balls to fit petit-four paper cups. Melt almond bark, add some creamy peanut butter.

Spoon a small amount of chocolate mixture in small petit-four paper cups. Flatten one peanut butter ball and add to petit-four paper cup. Add more chocolate over top. Let cool.
