ingredients

  • 1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing - Chicken 6oz
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup - 10.75oz
  • 1/3 C. Sour Cream - low fat
  • 1 1/2 C. Hot Water

    Preheat over to 375° degrees

  • 2

    In a medium bowl stir together stuffing crumbs, vegetables, seasoning packet, water, and butter. Mix until moistened and set aside.

  • 3

    Place chicken in a 9X13 baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture.

  • 4

    Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
