Cal’s Eggplant Napoleon
Hmmmm.....this is an extraordinary dish I stumbled upon during my many trips to Massachusetts. To say I’ve eaten this dish 30 times is no stretch of the imagination! Thanks Cal!

- 4-5 bulbs of garlic

- 2 cans (32 oz) of San Marzano diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
