A Favorite California Guacamole Dip

3 ripe Haas Avocados
1 Lemon - preferably Meyer
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 c. Sweet Onion
1/4 - 1/3 Cilantro Bunch
1 Tomato (optional)
Sea Salt

Scoop the avocados & mash

Seed & dice jalapeno pepper

Chop onion

Chop 1/4 - 1/3 of cilantro bunch

Seed & dice tomato

Juice lemon - add ~ 1 - 2 T (to taste)

Add salt to taste

Mix it all together in a bowl. Be sure to cover with saran wrap lightly pressed down right on top of the dip or it will turn brown. Refrigerate.

Serve with crunchy chips of some sort. (I like pretzel sticks!)

This doesn't last long! Lots of folks seem to think this is a difficult thing to do - couldn't be easier... Great served with a glass of super-cold Sauvignon Blanc wine on a hot summer day.
