Arugala Salad

Salad shouldn’t ever be hard. This is an easy favorite.

ingredients

  • 3 cups torn arugala
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 12 large shavings Pecorino Cheese
  • Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Good Balsalmic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper

directions

Combine the arugala, cranberries, and cheese. Drizzle 2 glugs of Olive Oil and 1 glug of vinegar of the salad. Top with salt and pepper.
