ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cook until tender, pull off bone & put in sauce
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 clove garlic

directions

Sauté onions, green pepper, & garlic together, then add all other ingredients. Cook until done & serve over rice.
