Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry
ingredients
- 1 tub (14 oz) Nasoya Firm Tofu drained and cubed into 1-inch squares
- 1 TB vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 C broccoli florets
- 1/3 C red bell peppers diced
- 1/4 C water chestnuts
- 1 TB oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add tofu and sauté until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and sauté 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
