Salsa
ingredients
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 TB cilantro
- 1 TB diced yellow or green onions
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced (seeds removed for milder flavor)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TB lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 TB olive oil
directions
For a smooth salsa, place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. For chunkier salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 6 to 8
