Spinach Salad with Basil Dressing

ingredients
- Enough fresh spinach to fill a big bowl
- 1 small avocado, cubed
- 3 green onions sliced thin
- 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans chopped or pine nuts
- Dressing (make in blender)
- 2 large garlic cloves m minced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
directions
Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately (wilts fast)
