Grandma’s Homemade Cannoli Filling!!! This is an unwritten recipe! We are going by Grandma’s memory!

ingredients

  • 1 lb whole ricotta, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp vanilla or (choice of flavor almond or orange extract)
  • cannoli or cream puff shells

directions

  • 1

    Cream ricotta and cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioner’s sugar and corn starch. Beat on medium speed until creamy.

    Then add vanilla or (your choice). Mix Well

  • 3

    Refrigerate until firm

  • 4

    Then fill cannoli shells or cream puff shells

notes

May need to add more sugar if loose consistency.
