Cheese Cream
Grandma’s Homemade Cannoli Filling!!! This is an unwritten recipe! We are going by Grandma’s memory!
ingredients
- 1 lb whole ricotta, drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla or (choice of flavor almond or orange extract)
- cannoli or cream puff shells
directions

Cream ricotta and cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioner’s sugar and corn starch. Beat on medium speed until creamy.

Then add vanilla or (your choice). Mix Well

Refrigerate until firm

Then fill cannoli shells or cream puff shells
notes
May need to add more sugar if loose consistency.
