Baked Salmon Croquettes with Baked Elbows

ingredients
- Salmon Croquettes:
- 1 large can (14.75 oz) Bumble Bee
- Red Salmon
- 1/4 Cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 Chopped and sauteed onion
- 1 Egg
- Schpritz of lemon juice
- Baked Elbows:
- 1 Lb.box elbow macaroni
- 1/2 Chopped and sauteed onion
- 4 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Can (16 oz) Tomato Sauce

Salmon Croquettes:

Preheat oven 350°
- 3
Remove bones and skin from salmon and chop it up in a bowl.

Combine bread crumbs, onions, egg, and lemon juice and add to salmon.

Spray Pam in an oven proof baking dish. Form salmon into 6 patties and place in baking dish.

Bake @ 350° for approx 45 minutes.

Baked Elbows:

Preheat oven 350°

Cook elbows for 1/2 recommended time (pasta should not be cooked thoroughly as it will continue cooking in oven).

Combine elbows with tomato sauce and onion.

Spray Pam in oven proof baking dish. Add elbows, alternating layers of noodles and cheese, ending with layer of cheese which should cover entire top.

Bake at 350° until cheese becomes golden brown. (approx 45 minutes)
