Bourbon-Mustard Brisket
ingredients
- 2 large onions sliced thick
- 4 lbs beef brisket
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 3/4 cup brown mustard (dijon)
- 1/2 cup honey/brown sugar barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

Place onions in slow cooker, season brisket with garlic, lemon pepper and place on top of onions.

In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients together and pour over brisket. Cover and cook 12-14 hours. Defat cooking liquid and serve as a sauce on the side.
