Pulled Pork Sandwiches (in the crock pot)
ingredients
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 boneless pork roast (2 lbs.)

In a 3 qt. slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients; add the pork. Spoon some of the sauce over pork. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove meat; shred with 2 forks. return to slow cooker and heat through.

Serve on buns.
