Easy Brunswick Stew
Easy and Wonderful
ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3 cups frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
- 3/4 to 1 lb. barbecued pork, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 (14 1/2 oz )cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) can great northern (or Lima beans), drained
- 1 (15 oz ) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 1/4 oz) can corn with red and green pepper, drained
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
directions
Combine all ingredients in a 5 quart crock pot. Cook, on High 6 hours and 30 minutes.

This recipe is from Nina Widmeyer.( I don't know if Gracie and Mercy like it...she has never said..: ) I use chicken and barbecue from the meat counter. It comes in packages...the chicken is southwestern style,and the barbecue comes in round bowls.
