Roasted Vegetables on Grill

  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • zucchini
  • yellow squash
  • onions
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • garlic salt

    Slice vegetables.

  • 2

    Coat with olive oil, salt and garlic salt.

  • 3

    Place on heavy aluminum foil.

  • 4

    Add a few ice cubes.

  • 5

    Seal edges well.

  • 6

    Cook on hot grill 20-30 minutes depending on amount of vegetables.
