Low-Calorie Oatmeal Cookies
39 calories per cookie. Using applesauce as a sub for the butter, keeping a bit of butter or oil in the recipe lowers the calorie count further.
Preheat oven to 350.
All dry ingredients in one bowl except for oats an raisins. Mix until combined.
Add wet ingredients (egg whites, vanilla, butter and/or oil and/or applesauce) and mix until all of the dry ingredients are well-combined with the wet ingredients. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl in case of hiding flour, etc.
Drop in teaspoon amounts on a greased or papered baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, rotating racks and sheets at the 5 minute mark.
