Hoisin-Glazed Salmon with Quinoa
ingredients
- 3 Tbs. Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 tsp chinese five spice powder
- 4 pcs. Skinless Salmon fillets(6 oz. each)
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 green onions thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400°> In a small bowl combine Hoisin sauce and five spice powder. In a 13x9 glass or ceramin baking dish, Place salmon, flat side down. Spread hoisin sauce mixture on top of salmon and bake for 15-17 minutes.

Meanwhile in a 12 inch skillet toast quinoa on medium for 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant.

Stir water into quinoa, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low;cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove skillet from heat and stir in vinegar, soy sauce, and green onions until blended. Serve salmon with quinoa.
