  • 1 head kale, chopped
  • 2 lg. russet potatoes, sliced and quartered
  • 10 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2-1 cup cream
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

    Saute’ all ingredients.

    Bring to boil, simmer covered one hour.
