Our version of Firewood’s Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Your favorite fish
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sour Cream
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Lime Juice

    Cook the Fish.

    Mix a 2 large spoonfuls (soup spoon) of Mayo and Sour Cream together. Add about 2 teaspoons of Onion and Garlic Powder then about 1 teaspoon of Lime Juice. Mix well. Taste, you might like more of another ingredient.

    Take a small portion of your cilantro bundle and wash it.

    When the fish is done, pan fry the tortillas to warm them up and then add some of the sauce, 2 fish sticks, cabbage, and cilantro. You can add Lime juice if you desire.

We make it easy by using fish sticks or breaded fish patties. With fish sticks we recommend 2 per taco.
