Old-fashioned Cinnamon Rolls
ingredients
- Dough:
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 2 tbsp. dough enhancer
- 2 tbsp. dry milk
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. wheat gluten
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/3 cup warm tap water
- Filling:
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 9 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix dough recipe in bread maker. Remove dough from bread maker, set aside.

Mix filling recipe in small bowl, set aside.

Roll out dough, spread filling evenly over dough, roll dough and cut into 1 inch rolls, put on a pan, let rise. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes.
