Turkey Stew With Herbs
ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 pounds Boneless Turkey -- Cut To Bite Size
- 8 clove Garlic -- Minced
- 1 Onion -- Chopped
- 16 ounce Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cup Red Potatoes -- Diced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Tarragon
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 Bay Leaf
directions
Gently warm olive oil in a skillet. Sauté turkey with garlic and onions for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
