ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Lemon -- Juiced
  • 1 pint Raspberries

directions

Combine the water, orange juice, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, until the sugar dissolves. Remove this syrup from heat and set aside. Puree the raspberries in a food processor, strain into a pitcher, using a rubber spatula to push out as much of the juice as possible. Stir in the sugar syrup and cool thoroughly. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze, then process.
