Dinner Chili
ingredients
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Onion, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, coarsely chopped
- 3 lbs Hamburger, browned and drained
- 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 sm cans Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 15-oz cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 15-oz cans Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 15-oz cans Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed.
- 7 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 6 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Salt

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
