Dinner Chili

ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Onion, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 3 lbs Hamburger, browned and drained
  • 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 sm cans Stewed Tomatoes
  • 2 15-oz cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 15-oz cans Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 15-oz cans Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed.
  • 7 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 6 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tsp Salt

    Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
