Nurf Herder Pie (Shepherd’s Pie)

This is a recipe that was given to me by a very dear friend. I changed the name for my son Josh. It was Josh’s birthday, and I asked him what would he like me to make him for dinner for his birthday, he replied “Nurf Herder Pie”. I couldn’t understand what the heck that was, and I realized he meant Sheppard’s Pie, he was really into Star Wars at the time, so this is his recipe for Nurf Herder Pie…Josh’s version: I hope you will enjoy this, it’s a fun dish, I know my son really loved it and to this day he will sometimes ask if I would make it for him and he is 34 years old now… Have a great life Jenny!
