Chinese Salad
ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 8oz bag shredded cabbage or coleslaw
- 4-6 chopped green onion (optional)
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 TBSP sesame oil
- 2 packages chicken Top Ramen (Crushed)
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 TBSP sesame oil
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
- Shake well & chill

Put melted butter and sesame oil in a frying pan.

Stir in chicken flavor Top Ramen packets in butter.

Pour in crushed Top Ramen and lightly brown.

Set aside to cool.

Just before serving mix coleslaw, onions, almonds, & Top Ramen mixture

with dressing.
