German Pancake
A great way to start your day or a perfect breakfast-for-dinner affair from Katie Cunningham
ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C milk
- pinch of salt
directions

Mix ingredients and bake in an oven proof pan at 450° for 12 minutes. Serve with a topping of your choice.

Topping Ideas: powdered sugar, fresh applesauce with a dash of cinnamon, crushed pineapple (drained), maple or fruit syrup, honey, nutella, whip cream and strawberries

Cast iron pans or dutch ovens work perfectly for this recipe.
