Layered Mexican Bean Dip
ingredients
- Tortilla chips, crushed
- refried beans (fat free)
- rotisserie chicken, cut into pieces
- chopped green chilies
- onion, chopped
- red enchilada sauce
- cheddar/Colby or monterey cheese
- (The amounts depend on the size of baking dish being used)

Layer on the bottom of the dish - tortillas and follow down the list of ingredients.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Make sure the refried beans cover tortillas and touch the sides of the dish so the tortillas don’t get soggy.

You may also mix the cheese and onion together for the topping.
