Frozen No-Bake Key Lime (or Lemon) Pie

ingredients
- 1 cup Key lime juice, such as Nellie & Joe’s
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 box (0.3 ounces) sugar-free lime gelatin
- 2 cans (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 ounces) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 reduced-fat graham-cracker pie crusts
- Thin strips of lime peel and extra fat-free topping, for garnish (optional)

1. Put Key lime juice, zest and juice in a bowl. Slowly whisk in gelatin until almost dissolved, about 1 minute. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk until fully blended.

2. Whisk in thawed whipped topping until blended. Pour mixture into crust and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until frozen. Garnish as desired.

You can easily make this a lemon pie by substituting all lime ingredients with lemon alternatives.
