CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
ingredients
- 1 C. butter (softened)
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 C. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 12 oz pkg. semi chocolate chips
- 1 C. coconut
directions
Cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. Bake at 375°F. for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
