Amma's Vegetable Cutlet.
ingredients
- Potatoes: 3
- Green Peas:50gms
- Carrots: 2
- Beans: 8 to 10 Pieces
- Beet root: 1
- Chop the vegetables finely into small cubes.
- 3 slices of bread or bread crumbs.
- 2 tbl spns of Maida.
- Oil for Deep Frying.
- 1 tspn Chilli powder.
- Salt according to taste.
- Pinch of Garam masala and coriander leaves Finely shredded.

Cook Potatoes until soft.

Remove the skin and mash well.

If using Bread slices dip in water. Squeeze the water and mix them with the potatoes.

Cook the vegetables in little oil adding little salt.

Add salt,chilli powder, garam masala, and coriander leaves to the potatoes.

Add water to maida and make it into a liquid paste.

Take a small ball of potatoes.

Make a cup shape and fill it with vegetables.

cover and roll it well.

flatten it to desired shape.

Dip it in maida paste.

Deep fry it.

If using bread crumbs instead of bread slices roll the dipped cutlets on the crumbs and then fry.

Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
