Jalapeno Corn

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 packages of frozen sweet yellow and white corn
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 T flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 jalapeno (deveined and chopped)
  • 1 - 2 shakes salt and garlic pepper to taste

directions

    Put corn in a bowl and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

    Stir, and cook for 2 more minutes.

    In a saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese together and mix well.

  • 4

    Mix flour with one cup of milk and add to the cream cheese and butter mixture.

    Add chopped jalapeno and seasonings.

  • 6

    Stir and cook until thickened.

  • 7

    Add corn and heat until hot but do not boil.
