Jalapeno Corn

ingredients
- 1 1/2 packages of frozen sweet yellow and white corn
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 T flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 jalapeno (deveined and chopped)
- 1 - 2 shakes salt and garlic pepper to taste
directions

Put corn in a bowl and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

Stir, and cook for 2 more minutes.

In a saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese together and mix well.

Mix flour with one cup of milk and add to the cream cheese and butter mixture.

Add chopped jalapeno and seasonings.

Stir and cook until thickened.

Add corn and heat until hot but do not boil.
