Drip Beef
ingredients
- 3 lb. chuck roast,
- 1/4 T. oregano,
- 1 T. garlic salt,
- 1 T. seasoned salt,
- 1 T. pepper,
- 1 c. hot water with 2 T. beef bouillon
directions
Place roast in crock pot & cover meat with all ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs or if crunched for time cook on high for a couple hours & on low for 3-4 more hrs. (approx. 6 hrs). Tear meat apart & serve on warm French rolls.
