Cheesy Spinach

ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 1/2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

    Defrost spinach and squeeze out water. Mix spinach with remaining ingredients and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Casserole may be made a day ahead and baked when ready to serve.
