Fried Spaghetti
ingredients
- 16 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. beef sausage (sliced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
- 3 med. Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 c. Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, seasoning salt

Boil and drain spaghetti. Over medium heat, fry sausage until lightly browned. Add beaten eggs and coat sausage, scramble. Add oil, butter, and spaghetti. Heat through. Add all vegetables and seasonings. Heat through. Add 1/2 parmesan cheese. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Stir and add remaining parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes.

**This can easily be made spicy by adding red pepper flakes.
