Disappearing Marshmallow Treats

ingredients
- 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 count)
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 8 marshmallows
- cinnamon and sugar

Line muffin tin with 8 paper baking cups. Unroll crescent rolls. Brush melted butter over dough. Liberally apply cinnamon and sugar over butter. Place marshmallow on point of the dough triangle and roll to the square end. Pinch edges to make a seal. The marshmallow with now be invisible and surrounded by dough on all sides. Place balls in baking cups. Repeat with other 7. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes or until golden brown and marshmallow is just starting to escape.

Topping options:

Brush more butter on top of roll and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Mix 1/4 cup powdered sugar with 1 tsp milk to make a glaze to put on after baking. Can also mix 1/4 tsp vanilla and 1/4 cup chopped nuts to glaze mixture.
