DO AHEAD MASHED POTATOES
ingredients
- 12 good size potatoes
- 1-6oz pkg cream cheese
- 1-8 oz sour cream
- Milk, as needed
- butter, to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
directions
Boil potatoes, drain. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt & pepper,milk, a little at a time will mashing, to get the consisentcy you want.Place in a large corning ware dish, cover well, & freeze. Thaw completely before heating in the oven, Can be kept in the refrig for up to 2 days.Bake covered in a 350 oven for 30-45 min. Check the center if hot, otherwise you will need to bake longer. * Plan ahead.
