Eight Layer Dip
Use as an appetiser or a munchies with drinks. Good party food.
ingredients
- 1 can bean dip
- 1 avocado
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- garlic salt
- lemon juice
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tomato
- 8 ounces shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 small jar of sliced green olives

Spread one can of bean dip on the bottom of a 9 X 11 pan

Chop the avocado and sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon juice, layer on top of the bean dip

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco season and spread on top of the avocado

Spread the green onions on top of the sour cream mixture

Chop the tomatoes and spread the tomatoes on top of the green onions

Sprinkle the Monterrey Jack Cheese on top of the tomatoes

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the Monterrey Jack cheese.

Sprinkle the black and the green olives on top of the cheese.

Serve with large corn chips
