German Chocolate Upside Down Cake
ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box confectioners sugar
directions
Combine coconut and pecans, and spread in bottom of 13x9" greased cake pan. Mix cake mix according to box directions, and pour over coconut and pecans. Melt margarine and cream cheese; stir in confectioners sugar, and pour or drizzle over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
