Sweet & Sour Meatballs
ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 3/4 C quick oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Sauce:
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 C water
- 1/4 C white vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chicken bullion cube
- Veggies:
- Carrots, Onions, Green & Red Pepper, Brocolli
- Pineapple Chunks

1. Combine meatball ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls and brown on all sides in oven or in oil in a frypan. Drain and set aside.

2. Saute a variety of veggies (carrots, onions, red & green peppers, brocolli, pineapple chunks) in large frypan. Add meatballs and cook until warmed through.

3. Combine all sauce ingredients into a small bowl and pour into frypan with meatballs and veggies. Bring sauce to a bowl.

4. Serve over brown rice.
