Chicken Marsala
ingredients
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 small skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 3/4 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C Marsala wine
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp chopped fresh sage leaves

In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook, turning once, until no longer pink, about 10-12 minutes.

In cup, whisk together broth, wine, cornstarch and sage until blended. Carefully add broth to skillet; boil about 1 minute to thicken slightly.
