Snappy Herring Dip

ingredients
- 1 large jar herring in sour cream -- drained, remove onio
- 1 small jar herring in sour cream -- drained, remove oni
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 green pepper -- chopped
- 1 bunch green onions -- diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
directions
Mix together and make ahead of time. Serve with cocktail rye.
