Apricot Strudel
ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tb sugar
- 2 eggs
- apricot preserves
- chopped walnuts
directions
Mix cream cheese; flour; sugar and eggs. Let stand in refrig. several hours or overnight. Roll out very thin; spread with preserves and chopped nuts. Roll up, cut into strips BEFORE baking. 350 degrees, until done, lightly browned.
